Please note: We must receive your completed VC-3 License Agreement Form before we can ship your VC-3 CD-ROM.  You can download this form from the SMPTE Website at:  http://www.smpte.org/standards/test-materials.   After you’ve completed the form please email a scanned copy to standards-support@smpte.org
